WHAT IS ORTHOPAEDIC MEDICINE? Doctor Coles specializes in surgical treatment for diseases, disorders and injuries involving bones, joints, and tendons (Orthopaedic surgery).
OUR MISSION: Our mission at Coffeyville Orthopaedics, P.A. is to provide excellent patient care in an efficient manner. We strive to ensure that a patient's visit is as pleasant as possible and that all of their questions are answered politely, thoroughly, and correctly.
PATIENT RESPONSIBILITY: We require that patients follow the physician's clinical orders, including taking medicines as prescribed and performing rehabilitative exercises, to ensure that you are healed properly and quickly. Also, to ensure that the practice can continue to provide high quality service in today's costly business environment, we expect financially able patients to pay their personal balances in full upon receipt of a statement from the practice. Patients that believe they qualify for public assistance or other financial hardship status should talk with our office manager. Your cooperation in these matters is critical to our mutual success.
COPAYS & COINSURANCE: Many patients do not understand that our contract with their health insurance company requires us to collect copays at the time of visit and coinsurance when the balance is known. Failure on our part to do so may cause us to lose the insurance contract and the ability to see you as an "in-network" patient. Seeing you as an "out-of-network" patient will cost you more as well.
PATIENT RIGHTS: See our Notice of Privacy Practices for your rights granted by the federal government. In addition, each patient has the right to be made aware of suitable treatment options, the cost of such treatment, and their estimated financial responsibility for all services rendered after insurance payment for that treatment.
